Shipping & Processing
All orders are dispatched from our UK or EU warehouse. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Customs Notice
For shipments outside the UK and EU, customs duties are not included in the shipping cost. Additional charges may apply upon delivery.

Deliveries do not require a signature upon receipt. Please be aware that during promotional periods, dispatch times may be longer due to a higher volume of orders. Also, please note that during busy holiday seasons, there may be delays in shipping times due to an increase in demand with our carrier partners, which is beyond our control.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item. To start a process, simply visit our RETURNS & EXCHANGES PORTAL and follow the steps.
If your item doesn’t fit right, no worries — you can easily exchange it for another size.
We'll guide you through the process and send a return label + pickup details.
Once your return or exchange request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid DHL return label and arrange for courier pickup at your address — no need to leave your home.
Please note:
- Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all designer tags attached.
- Promo gifts (free items) are non-refundable unless defective.
- We do not refund duties or taxes paid to customs, as these are not collected by QWX2.
- If duties are charged back to us on a return, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.
