All orders are dispatched from our UK or EU warehouse. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Deliveries do not require a signature upon receipt. Please be aware that during promotional periods, dispatch times may be longer due to a higher volume of orders. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item. To start a process, simply visit our RETURNS & EXCHANGES PORTAL and follow the steps.
If your item doesn’t fit right, no worries — you can easily exchange it for another size.
We'll guide you through the process and send a return label + pickup details.
Once your return or exchange request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid DHL return label and arrange for courier pickup at your address — no need to leave your home.
Please note:
- Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all designer tags attached.
- Promo gifts (free items) are non-refundable unless defective.
- We do not refund duties or taxes paid to customs, as these are not collected by QWX2.
- If duties are charged back to us on a return, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.
