All orders are dispatched from our Portugal warehouse within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
European Union: 2–5 business days
UK & Other Europe: 4–7 business days
USA & International: 4–9 business days

Outside EU (including UK): Taxes and duties are not included in the product or shipping cost. Local customs authorities may apply additional fees upon delivery.
QWX2 pieces are designed with a signature oversized fit - more spacious than standard "oversized" on the market. Every size keeps that generous look. The difference lies in length and overall volume, not in tightness.
We use two sizing formats, depending on the item:
• S / M / L – standard full-size range
• S/M and M/L – simplified sizing for flexible fits

Choose based on how you want it to fall:
– Go smaller for a more cropped or cleaner silhouette
– Go larger for extra drape and presence
All sizes are oversized - you choose the energy.
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To start a return, simply visit our RETURN PORTAL and follow the steps.
If your item doesn’t fit right, you can exchange it for another size.
European Union: Returns are free of charge.
Outside EU (including UK): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
