SHIPPING & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are dispatched from our Spain warehouse within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
European Union: 2–5 business days
UK & Other Europe: 2–5 business days
USA & International: 4–9 business days
Deliveries do not require a signature upon receipt. If you prefer delivery with signature confirmation, please contact us before placing your order.
Please note that during promotional periods or peak holiday seasons, dispatch and delivery times may take longer due to increased demand with our carrier partners.
CUSTOM, TAXES & DUTIES
European Union: All taxes and duties are included in the price.
Outside EU (including UK): Taxes and duties are not included in the product or shipping cost. Your local customs authority may charge additional fees upon delivery.
We do not refund any duties or taxes paid to customs, as these are not collected by QWX2. If duties are charged back to us on a return, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
To start a return, simply visit our RETURN PORTAL and follow the steps.
We will provide the return address and instructions.
We do not provide free returns.
Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back to our warehouse in Spain.
SHIPPING REFUNDS

If you paid for shipping at checkout, this cost is not refunded.

If your order had free shipping, you will receive a full refund for the returned item.
Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our mistake (faulty item, incorrect item, etc.).
EXCHANGES
If your item doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for another size.
Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will ship the replacement - we cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must be:

unused and unwashed

undamaged

in original condition

with all tags attached
Promo gifts (free items) are non-refundable unless defective.
Please use a trackable courier service.
QWX2 is not responsible for lost return parcels sent without tracking.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If we made a mistake or you received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days.
We will cover all return shipping costs and ensure a quick resolution.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after your returned item is received and inspected.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.
